Trilor® Arch, developed by Bioloren, is a multidirectional glass fiber-reinforced composite designed for implant-supported prosthetic restorations, particularly effective for full-arch applications. It is biocompatible, lightweight, and completely metal-free—features that enhance patient comfort and reduce implant load while maintaining high mechanical strength and a bone-like elastic modulus, thus protecting implant structures.
The material’s radiolucency allows for easy diagnostic evaluation, and its excellent compatibility with aesthetic materials such as hybrid ceramics and composites makes it ideal for modern, durable, and visually advanced prosthetic solutions.

The ideal solution for full-arch prostheses: lightweight, flexible, durable, and easy to handle in the laboratory.
The system allows a fully analog bench workflow, without the need for milling machines or complex CAD/CAM. Simply trace the template, drill with round burs, and shape the substructure with a handpiece—completed in under 30 minutes using a simple bench plate and tungsten carbide burs.
Low heat absorption during processing ensures dimensional stability, as the material is neither sintered nor melted, providing precision and control at every step.
Finishing procedures are fast and intuitive: after polishing, surfaces can be sandblasted, ceramic silane applied, and composites or acrylic resins bonded—without the need for sophisticated equipment.

Trilor® Arch stands out for its exceptional workability, making laboratory handling easy. Tungsten carbide burs can be used, and its lightweight and adaptable properties make it simple to finish, adjust, and integrate with aesthetic materials.
Durable
Trilor® Arch provides high mechanical strength thanks to its glass fiber-reinforced resin matrix. It exhibits excellent flexural resistance and a bone-like elastic modulus, helping to evenly distribute masticatory forces. This reduces the risk of fractures, protects implants and screws, and ensures reliable prosthetic longevity, even in extensive restorations.

Trilor® Arch comes in ivory-white or pink shades, making it ideal as a substructure for aesthetic restorations. It is compatible with hybrid ceramics and composites, ensuring harmonious and natural results.
